My conspiracy theory project- Is The Doctor Real?

Hell Yeah he is. I had to explain all of Doctor Who that I needed my class to understand in less than 2 minutes, because then I had to convince them he was real in less than three after that.

I am VICTORIOUS! I know there may be some mistakes about The Doctor himself in here but take into account it might be on purpose because the teenagers of my class know nothing. Enjoy.

By the way, yes, I am aware that the Time Lord is a ranking and so on and so forth but remember I am explaining this timed and to a bunch of kids that have never even heard of Doctor Who much less the military rankings for a time vortex on a planet called Gallifrey.

It would also be great to have an irl friend who understood the reason I freaked out when she discovered that the banging sounds in our office were coming from behind a tarp and no one cared or seemed concerned and I was having flashbacks from Army of Ghosts.

I just need someone who understands the details.
